Our application process ensures that we only start partnerships that last.

Step 1 –  Enquiry Stage

Reach out to us by filling out our contact form to express your interest. We review your application and schedule a first online interview with you. During the interview we go through the formal introductions, review your resumé and discuss your location’s specifics.

Step 2 – Business Plan & Admission

We generate forecasts for your location based on different fleet sizes. This provides you with a realistic overview of revenue and earning potential. During this phase we also advise you on the investments that need to be made. You collect all this information and finally present us with your Business Plan. Based on the Business Plan we decide wether we will work with you.

Please be aware: our franchise fee is 100% performance based, while we have to invest in the realisation of your location too. Therefor we provide realistic forecasts only and we may decide your location is not suitable for a Bikago Shop (yet). It has to work for the long term for both of us.

Step 3 – Franchise Agreement

When your Business Plan is approved, we sign the official Bikago Franchise Agreement and we are on our way to a successful partnership!

Step 4 – Set-up and training

We configure the IT system for you and prepare our marketing activities. You will attend a course in our training centre in Bali, Indonesia. We offer training to your employees and provide them with our Franchise Manual. We prepare our marketing campaigns for your location.

Step 5 – Kickstart

Once your motorbikes have arrived and your location is ready, we celebrate its opening and start advertising your Bikago Shop through our online channels. We can also advise you on local marketing that you can do yourself to attract walk-in customers.
