In which currency are your prices?

Our prices are quoted and automatically charged in United Stated Dollars. If you wish to be charged in another currency, you can select it during the booking process.

Is it necessary to pay the deposit?

Yes, the deposit is mandatory. Most of the motorbikes in our fleet are new and all are very well maintained. We guarantee that all our customers receive a motorbike in a perfect condition. Due to the high value that our bikes carry, we need to ask for a deposit. In case of any damages lower than the insurance excess, we need to be able to pay these.

Is it possible to pay in cash?

No, we do not accept cash payments in any form, under any circumstances. For the safety of our customers and our staff we only accept secure online payments.

These are safe, reliable and accountable for both parties to work with. Online payments provide us confirmation regarding the identity of our customers and in return they always receive accurate payment statuses as well.

Paying by credit card, is that safe?

Yes, paying by credit card is very safe.

We are using PCI Compliant credit card gateways powered by world renowned providers Stripe.com and Braintree.com. None of our staff can see your credit card details because they are safely stored in the PCI Compliant credit card vaults by our providers and transferred using encrypted SSL connections. For each transaction you do with us you will receive an automatic receipt by e-mail.

When do I get my deposit back?

We always aim to process the refund of your deposit within 24 hours (business days) once the bike is returned in the same condition. In case there are any issues with your rented item(s), for example damages or missing items, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you about this.

Why is my deposit not refunded yet?

We always aim to process the refund of your deposit within 24 hours (business days), once the bike is returned in the same condition. For credit card deposit refunds, please note that it can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account.

You will receive the deposit from a refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated. This is due to how the banking system works.

We always sent an e-mail confirmation once a deposit is refunded. Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.

PayPal deposits will be received back instantly after we initiate the refund.

General

I’ve had a few drinks and have taken a taxi back home and left the bike elsewhere, is it possible for your staff to return the bike to me?

Good choice for not driving under influence! If you contact us through our online chat or send us an e-mail, we will locate your bike and return it to your location. This service has a $35 delivery fee.

Is it allowed to tip your staff?

This is not necessary and our staff is not allowed to take cash. However, we greatly appreciate the gesture and we would greatly appreciate if instead you leave your review about our services on TripAdvisor, Google+ or TrustedShops.

Is it possible to leave the bike or other rented items at the reception of my hotel/villa?

Yes, you can leave the bike or rented items at the reception of your hotel/villa, if you notify us beforehand. We request you to provide us with 6 pictures of the bike/items (all sides, inside the seat and the speedometer) and let us know the name of the person who accepted the keys/items.

What is covered by your insurance?

Our insurance covers the motorbike you have rented with us against theft and all damages to the motorbike with an excess of $95. Our Terms and Conditions apply. If damage is lower than $95 and can be fixed within 1 day, we charge the actual cost plus a handling fee of $15 to your deposit. Our insurance does not cover third party liability or healthcare costs, we strongly advise you take travel insurance which covers these!

Petrol

Do I have to return the bike with a full tank of petrol?

Yes, we expect you to return the bike with a full tank of petrol. If you do not have time to do this, this is no problem either. We will do this for you, but will with hold $5-$10 from your refundable deposit for this service.

How many kilometer does a full tank of petrol take me?

With a full tank of petrol, you can drive around 150 kilometers.

Is it possible to get a discount?

Our booking system automatically calculates discounts when you rent for longer periods.

Reservations

Is it possible to cancel my booking?

Yes, we can always cancel a booking but if you have not added our cancellation insurance, we can not refund the rental charges. If you have added our cancellation insurance, the full amount minus the charges for the cancellation insurance, will be refunded.

If you want to cancel with refund of your rental charges, but you have not added the cancellation insurance to your order prior or within 24 hours after the order was made, the price for adding the cancellation insurance afterwards is 200%.

Is it possible to change the delivery/pick up date after the booking?

Yes, this is possible, but depends on the availability of the bike. Changing the dates is free of charge, when the total rental period stays the same.
